Daisy Rendon began her journey in the beauty industry in 2021, driven by a passion for creativity, education, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. Since joining Bal-Lance Salon in 2024, she has become a valued member of the salon’s leadership team, serving as Brandon Bal-Lance’s personal assistant while supporting the growth, education, and daily operations of the salon.
Prior to joining Bal-Lance, Daisy worked as a Learning Leader at Paul Mitchell Schools, one of the most prestigious cosmetology institutions in the country — where she discovered her love for mentorship and continuous learning. In this role, she guided aspiring beauty professionals through their training, helping shape the next generation of artists and instilling in them the same dedication to excellence she brings to her own craft every day. That commitment to growth and education is a philosophy she continues to bring behind the chair today, and it has led her to remarkable opportunities, including working backstage at New York Fashion Week and earning certifications in both Bellami and Monti Hair Extensions.
Daisy’s talent has taken her far beyond the salon floor. She has worked alongside Creative Director Brandon Bal-Lance on some of the industry’s most prestigious stages — contributing her artistry to the Dior Cruise 2027 Show at LACMA (May 2026), the Tiffany & Co. Blue Book 2024 Launch Event Glam Team, and New York Fashion Week with Malan Breton (Spring 2023. Her international reach expanded further through Beautick, where she participated in Hair Education and Runway/Editorial Preparation in Milan (2025) and has been a proud member of Beautick’s international network of fashion hairstylists since 2025.
Known for her versatility, Daisy offers a wide range of services, including lived-in blonding and highlighting, hair extensions, waxing, and creative braiding — one of her true passions. Whether crafting intricate, artistic braid designs or everyday styles, Daisy brings the same level of creativity and care to every guest she serves. She also specializes in K-Tip, I-Tip, Tape-In, and Weft extension methods, delivering customized solutions that help guests achieve their desired look while maintaining the health and integrity of their hair.
Whether supporting the salon behind the scenes, pursuing continued education, or working directly with guests, Daisy’s focus remains the same: building meaningful connections, delivering exceptional experiences, and helping every guest feel their most confident.
