Her passion for creativity and helping others feel confident inspired her to expand her skills across multiple disciplines — making her one of the most well-rounded artists at Bal-Lance Salon today.
Following her time at Sephora, Lupe deepened her expertise as a Shop Educator with Drybar, where she shared her knowledge, supported team development, and strengthened her passion for education and mentorship — shaping the thoughtful, guest-centered approach she brings to every service.
In 2023, Lupe joined Bal-Lance Salon, where she quickly became an integral part of the team. As Bal-Lance Salon’s Lead Makeup Artist, she brings a rare dual expertise in both hair and beauty, contributing behind the chair and behind the scenes alike — offering guests a truly elevated, head-to-toe experience.
Her advanced training spans some of the industry’s most respected brands, including K18, Olaplex, Schwarzkopf Professional, and Bellami Hair Extensions. Behind the chair, Lupe is known for her love of dimensional blonding and bold blonde transformations, as well as her expertise in K-Tip Hair Extensions — creating customized solutions that enhance length, volume, and transformation while maintaining the health and integrity of her guests’ hair.
Her artistry has graced some of the most prestigious stages in beauty and fashion, including New York Fashion Week 2025 for the Sergio Hudson runway show, the Tiffany & Co. Blue Book 2024 Launch Event Glam Team, and L.A. Fashion Week 2026.
