Jessica’s leadership at Bal-Lance Salon has her training heavily under Brandon, Laureano (Larry) & Andrea Bal-Lance since 2021 from Lived In Hair to Precision HairCuts, Fashion Color, Correction Color, Smoothing treatments like Brazilian BlowOuts (Jess likes to call herself THE Brazilian Blowout Queen) , Keratin Treatments even Make Up & Hair Extensions from Tape Ins (with hotheads Certificate) to Beaded weft to I-Tips & K-Tips. Jessica has worked many special events at Bal-Lance Salon such as Beverly Hills Tiffany & Co “2024 Bluebook” and traveled with Bal-Lance Squad Event Team for Weddings & Charity Events. Jessica also has a passion for Make Up & Bridal (Wedding Hair & Make Up) which in its self is another Artist level. Jessica might be young yet she is extremely passionate and eager to learn by her mistakes but better yet she loves to make everyone feel super warm and just like family. This is why she is an ARTISTI & “THE” Bal-Lance Apprentice She is and will always deliver.
