Leslie began her journey in hair artistry in 2017 while attending Cosmetology school, assisting at a salon in Los Gatos, CA. She earned her cosmetology license from Paul Mitchell, The School of San Jose in 2018 and worked as a stylist in Palo Alto, CA.

In June 2019, Leslie joined Bella Bal-Lance Salon as a Bal-Lance Jr., advancing to master her craft once the salon opened. She underwent specialized training, including a week-long ABC Haircutting course at Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, CA, and became certified in Hot Heads Tape Extensions.

From early 2023 to early 2024, Leslie certified and worked at Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School, training future hairstylists with additional training in Texas.

Leslie’s commitment to excellence led to her inclusion as a Hair Stylist in Tiffany & Co’s 2024 Blue Book. She is passionate about coloring and cutting hair while staying abreast of the latest trends, always prioritizing hair integrity.
